friendly staff great location
i really enjoyed the friendly staff, punya greeted me warmly and gave some great tips. the hotel's location near union square was very convenient for getting around. it's close to many key spots i needed to visit, so getting around was EASY!

the staff was very helpful. the bar and restaurant looked beautiful. i found many late night food delivery options available.

poor breakfast dangerous area
The advertised breakfast was a joke. It included only a banana, a small yoghurt, and some tiny muffins (I was expecting more!). The man at check-in told us to avoid going right outside the front door because the area is dangerous. The hotel promised a glass of wine at check-in. I did not get it until the second day, when my friend went to grab coffee and the staff offered it to him.

the staff provided complimentary drinks upon arrival which i liked. my room was clean and tidy. the lounge area was neat with comfortable seating. i also received a complimentary glass of wine each evening.
the street below was noisy at night. i was given earplugs. sleep was difficult despite these.
